Jacqueline Kish has been designing restaurants since 1997, and was most recently a partner and vice president of design and construction for the Puccini Group, who specialized in designing popular restaurants in boutique and luxury hotels. She spent nine years building the company, designing restaurants, and heading up business development. Previously, she has worked for a development and construction company and large chain restaurant parent company.

Kish has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design with a minor in Business Management from The Ohio State University.
