Moisés Micha serves as CFO and managing partner at Grupo Habita, which owns and/or manages and operates Condesadf, Deseo [Hotel + Lounge], Habita Monterrey, La Purificadora, Hotel Habita, Hotel Boca Chica, Downtown Mexico, and Distrito Capital, lifestyle hotels in Mexico. Based in Mexico City and New York, Micha is part of the team behind Grupo Habita’s hospitality brands which, in 2011, opened Hôtel Americano in West Chelsea.

Micha currently oversees financial responsibilities, relationships with banking institutions, and operations and relationships with investors for the all properties. Other properties are Hôtel Americano in New York City, and their newest venture Endémico in the Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico’s wine country that is one and a half hours from San Diego.

Micha also oversees all future projects for Grupo Habita, which include Hotel Escondido in Puerto Escondido, and Oaxaca opening in the last quarter of 2013.
